How often will I receive an invoice?

As a metered customer, we use a trusted third party company who will come and read your meter every quarter. (March, June, September, December). This will then be invoiced in that quarter, along with your meter standing charge. If we are unable to gain a reading for any reason, (such as access or a misread) then this may result in a larger bill in the next quarter. If you would like to submit a meter reading in between these quarters, then this will be invoiced at the date the reading was taken.
How do I submit a meter reading?

To submit a Meter Reading, simply go to MyAvanti Gas portal and enter the reading in the dashboard. If you haven’t registered for the portal and would like to, please click here. Alternatively, contact our customer service team on 0808 208 0000.
