Your contents gauge can be found to the side of the hood or under the inspection hatch of an underground tank.

During most weather conditions our delivery vehicles can deliver LPG to your home, although if extreme weather conditions do occur, deliveries may be affected. In the unlikely event that they are affected, we’ll always keep you up to date so there won’t be no unexpected surprises.

Yes, you can view your balance, access your invoices and make a payment online via your AvantiGas MyAccount.

If you’re enrolled onto our forecasted delivery service, we build a profile of your usage that’s unique to you so we know when you’re due a delivery.  If you’ve chosen to manage your deliveries manually, during winter we aim to deliver no later than 10-15 working days.
