With weather conditions slowly improving, and most of our supply and distribution points back to being fully operational, we’re working hard to catch up on the deliveries we were unable to make last week because of the snow. Clearing this backlog, however, along with continued snow showers in Scotland and flooding on low level roads in many areas, mean we are still facing significant delivery challenges
We’ll keep customers updated with as much information about services as possible and do all we can to make deliveries in areas where it’s safe to do so. We would like to apologise to customers whose deliveries have been affected.
Please note that we are experiencing higher call volumes than normal, so it may take longer to receive a response from our customer service team. We’re doing our very best to update customers about their delivery whilst clearing the backlog of deliveries caused by supply issues and severe weather conditions.
