What were the contributing factors that led you to consider Bulk LPG?
All holiday homes were originally fed off bottled gas – incredibly time-consuming and labour-intensive to replace. Very heavy! Of course, guests would also run out in the middle of a shower etc
Any stories about the relationship between AvantiGas and your holiday park?
No real stories – everything ticks along nicely and is as it should be which John thinks is a good story in itself. He considers the park to be loyal to its suppliers but says that if AvantiGas weren’t up to scratch, he’d have no qualms about changing supplier. A few years ago, before the telemetry system was in place, the tank reading was comparatively low before one busy Bank Holiday weekend. They put a call in to AvantiGas who smoothly organised for a special delivery to come on the Saturday. Otherwise, they’d have been a bit stuck. Every home is fuelled by LPG so they really can’t afford to let people go without – especially in mid season!
