Yes. AvantiGas can provide this service throughout the winter period to make your life as easy as possible. This service is based on an estimated consumption whereby your average usage is calculated and deliveries scheduled based on this.

Yes. AvantiGas give customers the option to manage their account and place orders manually. This may be a better option for those who don't live at their address permanently or those who have never used LPG previously. However with this option you will have to check your vessel gauge on a regular basis and ensure you place your orders when the gauge reaches 25% to ensure enough time for delivery.

No. Unlike other fossil fuels such as oil, LPG can be used for heating, hot water, gas fires and cooking, so you only need to invest in 1 fuel for your home or business. LPG is the closest alternative fuel to natural gas, which makes it ideal for all your energy needs.

This can vary depending on a number of factors, but generally AvantiGas aim to deliver within 5 working days. Due to this we also advise that when placing an order you do so at 25%, according to your vessel gauge.

Yes. AvantiGas offer a range of payment methods. If you prefer to pay via direct debit and spread your payments to help you budget, this can be arranged when you set up your account. Simply ask an AvantiGas representative and they will be happy to advise you of your options. You'll also receive clear and regular statements so you'll know exactly where you stand.

If you are an AvantiGas customer you can register for an online account. All you need is your AvantiGas account number. You should be able to find your account number on your AvantiGas contract or any correspondence letters you've received from AvantiGas. Your account number will appear under the address on the left hand side.

Simply register by clicking the customer area/login button at the top right of any page and then click 'LPG account details' and 'Register'. Alternatively simply click here.

Enter your account number and email address. Then choose a security question and type your answer. Click on submit and you will receive an email with your password.

If you have an online account with AvantiGas, you will have a customer ID, password and security information to sign in to your account.

If you forget your password you can request a new password by clicking the forgotten password link (click here to go direct)

Once you have entered your account number and answered the security question correctly, you will be emailed a new password and link to follow where you can login and enter a password of your choosing.

If you're currently an AvantiGas customer and are looking to move home then please fill out our 'Moving home' form here or contact us on 0808 208 0000 quoting your account number. We will then assist you in either transferring your supply to your new property, or if you're moving to a new home with a mains gas supply, please let us know so we can terminate your account.

 

If you're not currently an AvantiGas customer, but are moving to a new home that doesn't have a mains gas supply, AvantiGas can help. Whether your home is a new build, is currently on oil/another form of fossil fuel, or is currently using LPG with another supplier, AvantiGas can assist with a reliable supply of LPG with high customer service levels.

If your new home doesn't currently use LPG, you'll need a bulk gas tank installation.
